Return Policy
You may return any product within 30 days for a refund.
It is easy to return items with BestAVStore.com. Buyers would
pay for the shipping cost for returning the item for refund.
Before returning the product, it may be possible for us to
solve the problem that you have encountered. If not, we can
always send you a replacement. Please phone toll-free 1-866-322-6382,
9:30AM - 5PM PST, Monday - Sunday (Closed on Statutory holidays)

for technical support. There is a 15% restocking fee for all
returns. The returning items must be in good condition without
scratches. We absolutely do not accept scratched items for
refunds. There are no exceptions.
Warranty Policy
If you need to use the North American warranties, you may
return it to us for a replacement or for fixing. The warranties
cover parts, labor, and replacement costs if necessary. The
warranty covers defects only. Improper use of the projector
voids the warranty. If you accidentally dropped or scratched
the item, it is not covered under the warranty. Before sending

Technical Support Policy
All customers of bestavstore.com receive technical support
via e-mail
or web-based chat for the lifetime of the purchased product.
Customers receive one-full year's worth of free technical
support via toll-free phone.
Shipping Policies
Costs incurred due to refused shipments and returned products,
incorrect addresses on original orders (if customer's fault)
will be deducted from refunds.
If you gave us an incorrect address, and we shipped to that
incorrect address, we cannot ship you another item until we
have received the incorrectly shipped item back at our place.
Please remember to give us the correct mailing address [which
is sometimes different from a billing address]. Also, the
extra cost of shipping the item again will be charged to the
customer. The item won't be shipped until the extra cost of
the shipping charge is paid in full.
Bestavstore.com cannot be held liable for shipping delays
or for selling an out-of-stock item. If an item is out-of-stock,
the customer will be notified via e-mail. A customer can cancel
an unshipped, purchased product at anytime subject to a full
refund (shipping included) being issued.

Electronics Inc. are operated in British Columbia and is subject
to the laws of the province [of British Columbia] and the
